Licensing and Login
To use Plumbing Copilot, you need an active license and valid credentials. Follow these steps to activate and manage your license.
1. License Activation
Plumbing Copilot verifies your license using the credentials provided during installation.
Steps to Activate Your License:
After installation, open Revit and navigate to the Pipeit tab.
Click the "License" command button on the toolbar.
Use the credentials sent to your email (Autodesk email and password).
Click Sign In to activate your license.
If you didn’t receive the email, check your spam folder or contact support.
Important: You must be connected to the internet to verify your license during the first login.
Upon successful activation, the user will be notified, and the "License" button will be hidden.
2. Continuous License Verification
Plumbing Copilot performs license checks:
At first login.
Every time Revit is opened.
Every few hours while Revit is running.
Note: A stable internet connection is required to maintain license validity. Without an internet connection, the app may not function properly after the next verification cycle.
3. Troubleshooting Login Issues
If you experience login problems:
Incorrect Credentials: Verify your email and password.
Network Problems: Check your internet connection.
Forgot Password: Contact support for assistance.
