  • Solution: Ensure that your device is connected to the internet. Once connected, try logging in again using your credentials to access Plumbing Copilot.


2. Your license is not valid.

  • Cause: This message indicates that the license you are using is either expired, incorrect, or not properly activated.

  • Solution: Verify that you are using a valid license and that it is correctly activated. If necessary, check your license status in your account settings or contact your administrator or support team to resolve the issue.
